How do you discover new music, and what’s the latest gem you’ve found?

I have accounts for Bandcamp, Record Club, and Crucial Tracks. These things all help with discovery: 1:1 following other users (I subscribe to the Public Tracks RSS feed to find new-to-me stuff). I also find myself seeking out and reading more music blogs these days. I'm subscribed to a number of record label email lists to find out about new releases. Drag City, Three Lobed, Thrill Jockey, Mexican Summer consistently put out the kind of stuff I like to listen to. I also listen to a number of terrestrial radio stations from around the country where the DJs have a bit of freedom to play what they want. I'm in a few Discords that have music channels, and other users are always introducing me to new stuff. This last one's a bit niche, but I bookmarked Carl Saff's website. He's constantly mastering new releases, and browsing what he's worked on is a good way to find new music.

I've given a lot of new releases a first listen this year, and now I'm trying to go back for repeat listens. That's how "Gold Rush" by Lucius got back in my rotation recently.
