What’s a hidden gem or underrated song you love?

I am just going with one of Aretha's Columbia recordings because I think her Columbia recordings in general are underrated. Today I'm going to go with "This Bitter Earth", which is from Aretha's "Unforgettable: A Tribute to Dinah Washington" album.
