Everybody seems to remember Everything But the Girl’s Amplified Heart album, especially “Missing.”

But I’ve always had a great fondness for Idlewild and “I Always Was Your Girl” in particular.

Haven’t listened to this track in a while, but it reminded me instantly why I love The Manhattan Transfer so much.

This one’s been stuck in my head since yesterday. It was the last song I listened to while cutting the grass.

This is a very reassuring song.
