A song from your teenage years.
The way that the verse, chorus, and bridge sections of this song interact, push and pull, build off and seem to comment upon each other, like they are in musical conversation expanded my sense of what music was capable when I was finding my musical path in high school. This record is an ur text for my musical tastes and this song has never really let go of me.
