For some reason, whenever I am feeling in a creative rut, I go for a drive and put on this album. It doesn't make the situation any different, but it takes away that feeling of futility and despair

I got to see Lawrence live a few times, first when I was working in NYC and then twice when they came through Dallas.
They have a great show, and everything they do is really energizing.
This is one of those songs that is perfect for hoping on a bike, zoning out, and letting your nervous system let go of all the stress you didn't realize you were holding on to
Theme to finally getting some traction with telling my representatives in Texas that their hate-filled agenda doesn't align with everyone's views.
I didn't realize some of the meds I was out on to "help" with weight loss both had a chance of exacerbating depression.
Now that I'm off of them, it feels like a cloud has lifted and I want to do things again
