What song reminds you of your first heartbreak?
Leaving this without commentary. Instead, after I click the "Create Entry" button, I will cease to exist, cursed to haunt the planet as embarrassment incarnate.

Describe your favorite summer as a kid using a single song.
I hate what that this song is associated with this fucking band, given the horrifying shit the lead singer did. But this was also the soundtrack to my summer between high school and college.
What song best matches the energy of today?
NOT TO BE TOO ON THE NOSE OR ANYTHING, BUT...
If today were a genre, what would it be? Pick a matching song.
Well, it is Wednesday, my dudes, so I think today is something with epic screams. Screamo, maybe? Let's go with Screamo.
Therefore, I present to you: The Used.
What’s a remix or cover you like more than the original?
I recently wrote about a cover I like more than the original. Read it on my very good blog!!! So I won't take the easy way out by just saying that (or "Hurt" by Johnny Cash, which, like, come on, obviously).
But I will say that for as much as I love The Postal Service and their debut album, the Iron & Wine cover of "Such Great Heights" has become the definitive version for me.
What’s a song that grew on you over time?
I used to resent the Tears for Fears version of "Mad World," because, you know, the Gary Jules cover on the Donnie Darko soundtrack. But my love for other Tears for Fears tracks eventually whittled away my resolve and I can appreciate this for what it is.
It's no "Everybody Wants to Rule the World." It's no "Shout." It's clearly no "Head Over Heels." But it is a banger.
What’s your favorite deep cut from an album?
I simply do not see enough people talk about how good Ratatat's "Montanita" is and that feels like a failure of our education system, the Federal Reserve, and the moral scaffolding of society writ large.
