One of the great things about Crucial Tracks is that you learn new things about your favourite songs.

I thought I had the debut album, but turns out it’s a compilation album! Debut album to me, I stand by my choice.

I shared this with a friend yesterday so it seems apt.

Stuck on repeat for me at the moment. Feels like a long time since we have had a ballad like this from herself. 21st century version of Hero perhaps, with the refined 2025 Mariah tone. And gorgeous string arrangement.

Describe your favorite summer as a kid using a single song.

Playing football all day every day. Turns out we had a brutal official World Cup 1994 song, I have no memory of it. So A Tribe Called Quest it is!
