Yesterday was the final performance of my son’s final high school play, Alice Through the Looking-Glass, where he played Tweedledum. His main scene with Tweedledee telling the story of “The Walrus and The Carpenter” to Alice was absolutely hilarious.

One of my daughters was the music director and bass player for the play and led a three piece band playing songs during the performance. She did amazing as well!

So today’s Crucial Tracks is The Beatles’ classic “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds”, which was one of those songs.

I can’t believe his high school years are almost over. I’m trying to not get too far ahead, so I can appreciate the current moments before he heads off to college. It’s going to be tough though!
