What song reminds you of your first heartbreak?

A song about being dumped. The line "terminó tu cigarrillo y lo tienes que pisar para apagarlo" is so, so so good. It translates as "you're done with your cigarette and you have to step on it to put it out". It's so simple and it describes so well the feeling of dismissal after being dumped that I was able to understand it (and feel it) way before even having a cigarette for the first time.

I've told this story a million times in different settings, but in my late teenage years (or maybe barely twenty) my friend Mariana and I were really close for a few months while cruising through early-adulthood drama. We used to go out after school, in the evenings, in her car.

The car didn't have a stereo, so she would prop up her laptop in the back seat and shuffle all of her MP3s on Winamp. That instance of Winamp LOVED "Closing Time" by Semisonic. It came up constantly, and eventually it started cracking us up every time it began playing it.
